LCXGroups Spring SessionGet ready for an eXciting season ahead at LifechurchX as we gear up for our spring session of LCXGroups, running from April 7th to June 9th! LCXGroups provide a fantastic opportunity to connect, grow, and build meaningful relationships within our community. If you’ve led a group before or are interested in co-leading one, we want to hear from you! Please let us know by March 10th so we can get everything organized for the upcoming session. Additionally, if you have a heart for kids and would like to volunteer for childcare during this session at the Waterloo-Columbia campus, we would greatly appreciate your support.

Tabernacle NightsSave the date for our neXt Tabernacle Night on Friday, March 1st at both campuses starting at 7pm!
LCX Prayer Points
May we all be unified and targeted in our prayers as we pray and fast together as a church family on the first Friday of each month in 2024, ending with Tabernacle Nights at each campus at 7pm.
- May God continue to raise up the NeXt Generation at LCX to boldly confess and serve Him
- May God continue to draw more people who are lost in darkness to LCX and other churches so they may hear the Gospel
- May God continue to eXpand the influence and reach of LCX to help elevate the health of the Body of Christ in our region
- May God continue to move on the hearts of people at LCX to partner with Him and what He’s doing in our community to build the Kingdom
- May God continue to raise up new leaders filled with faith and humility to help carry the LCX vision forward
- May God continue to guide the leaders of LCX to be wise and faithful stewards of all that He is entrusting to us
- May God continue to bring healing, restoration, and freedom to all who come to LCX carrying wounds, hurts, and bondages from their past
- May God’s presence continue to increase significantly all year long in every LCX weekend service and corporate gathering where 2-3 or more are gathered in His name
LCX Serving Opportunities
LCX is actively seeking volunteers to join our Media Team at the Waterloo-Columbia campus! As an integral part of the church service, the Media Team ensures top-notch audio, video, and lighting support to facilitate impactful worship eXperiences. Volunteers on the team have the opportunity to contribute their skills and passion for media production while serving the church’s mission. Whether it’s operating sound systems, managing video broadcasts, or handling lighting setups, volunteers play a crucial role in creating an immersive worship environment. LCX Career Opportunities
We have two eXciting opportunities to join our team!
EXecutive Assistant- The EXecutive Assistant to the Sr. Pastors serve as a high-level administrative support to the Sr. Pastors. This position is responsible for supporting the Sr. Pastors, managing the Sr. Pastors office and serving as the first point of contact. This position requires a cheerful, pleasant and caring Christ-like spirit. A good sense of humor and the ability to effectively work with a diversity of people is essential. The ideal candidate will be a productive problem solver with eXceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should have eXperience in an office environment performing administrative duties while being eXtremely fleXible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
Media Director- This position is designed to draw an online (and in-person) congregation into a relationship with the church, to engage watchers and develop community through personal interaction. The position will require service planning and preparation for weekend service as well as interaction with the online congregation through a team of volunteered ministers. It is a multi-task position involving full knowledge of all live production procedures and information technology processes.
