January at LCXKids: The Gospels
The Book of Matthew
We’re taking kids through The Gospels and starting in Matthew! Our goal is to help kids see the Good News that Jesus brings and also understand the overarching narrative that each Gospel author is writing towards. The primary theme of Matthew’s Gospel is; The Kingdom of God now realized in Jesus. (Israel’s hope fulfilled.) We’re diving into what it looks like for us to recognize and really live in the Kingdom of God through Jesus.
