Event Request Form
Planning an event at LifechurchX? We’re here to help you make it happen with clarity and support. Before your event can be added to the calendar or promoted, please review the key details below and complete the request form.
Approval Required
All event details—including budgets and promotional requests—must be approved by the appropriate leaders before the event becomes official or is shared publicly.
Promotions & Timeline
Submit your request at least 6 weeks in advance. Promotion may include slides, website listings, and more, depending on the event and leadership discretion. All special promo needs must be submitted with the original request.
Set-Up & Clean-Up
Event organizers are responsible for all set-up and clean-up unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Clean-up must take place immediately after the event.
