All event details—including budgets and promotional requests—must be approved by the appropriate leaders before the event becomes official or is shared publicly.
Submit your request at least 6 weeks in advance. Promotion may include slides, website listings, and more, depending on the event and leadership discretion. All special promo needs must be submitted with the original request.
Event organizers are responsible for all set-up and clean-up unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Clean-up must take place immediately after the event.
